refund & returns
everything we make is made with intention. we ask that you receive it the same way.
right of withdrawal
you have 14 days from the date your order arrives to notify us of your decision to return it. no reason is required.
to initiate a return, contact us at monreauguliyev@gmail.com. we'll confirm within 48 hours and issue return instructions.
conditions
items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unaltered — in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. every return is inspected. items showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, or alteration will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their cost.
return shipping
return shipping is the customer's responsibility. we recommend a tracked service. we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.
refunds
once your return is received and passes inspection, we'll process your refund within 14 days. refunds go to your original payment method. standard outbound shipping is included.
what cannot be returned
— custom or made-to-order pieces
— items marked as final sale or purchased during archive clearance events
— items returned outside the 14-day withdrawal window
— items without original packaging or with tags removed
